You don't need another person telling you what to do. Most people already know what they "should" be doing. The harder question is understanding why a part of you keeps doing something different.

My background in Clinical Psychology and Marital & Family Therapy has taught me that our struggles rarely exist in isolation. The beliefs we hold, the patterns we repeat, and the ways we relate to ourselves and others all develop for a reason.

Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I work to understand the function behind them. Together, we'll explore the beliefs, emotions, and protective patterns that shape your experience, creating space for greater self-understanding and meaningful change.

I am trained in IFS and ART, and draw from DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and CBT. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance use and recovery, relationship challenges, personality disorders, grief and loss, life transitions, parenting concerns, separation and divorce, and blended family dynamics.

My goal is not to help you become someone different. It is to help you better understand yourself, develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself, and create change that feels authentic and lasting.
