About Me

I believe we develop beliefs about ourselves, others, and the world in an effort to make sense of our experiences. These beliefs often help us navigate challenges and protect us from pain. Over time, however, they can leave us stuck in patterns that no longer serve us.

I don't view people through the lens of "good" or "bad." Everything we do serves a purpose. The parts of us that show up as anxious, critical, avoidant, perfectionistic, or overwhelmed are often trying to protect us in the best way they know how. Rather than judging these parts, I believe in approaching them with curiosity and compassion.

As a therapist, I am not here to solve your problems or fix you. I offer a collaborative space where we can explore what is keeping you stuck, better understand the patterns that shape your experience, and create new possibilities for moving forward.

Meaningful change comes not from becoming someone different, but from developing a deeper understanding of who you already are.
